“Ceramic is the best way for me to express my passion for color, texture, and design. In many ways color is the most important component of my art. I work intuitively. I want to remain as childlike as possible in my outlook”. Most of Hannah’s works are figurative sculptures inspired by Mediterranean heritage, archeology, and decoration. Her objects are hand-built, Raku-fired, and are processed by post fire reduction.
Her works are on permanent display in many museums and galleries in Israel and abroad. Born in Israel, 1947. Graduate of the Textile Design Department, Shenkar College. BFA, granted by the “Hamidrasha” the Art Teachers Training College,Israel.
